Alright so I read the reviews before posting mine and let me just say this: I am floored. I agree the return policy is flaming garbage. Good luck if you bought someone a gift and cant return it because of the rigid policy. Now before a representative responds and says their return policy is clearly outlined, YES I think we all understand this. Just because your policy is clearly outlined does not change the fact that it is a trash policy, so save the snarky response and maybe hear your customers out. There are SO many online stores with similar (and better quality items) that are more than happy to serve the customer as needed and will make exceptions. This company has no mercy for the customer which is a bad business model because with so many Instagram boutiques competing for business, you would think they would do anything to preserve the customer. (Long-term profits vs. short-term profits, they may need a business lesson) I would like to suggest to anyone contemplating buying from SelfieLeslie to check out Petal and Pup, Hello Molly, and Princess Polly. These are companies that will be more than happy to forego their “clearly outlined” policies just to ensure positive customer service. I understand that companies have to be “fair” to all customers, but there are so many wonderful stores nowadays who are willing to make exceptions especially during COVID-19 when the world needs some more compassion. I can tell by the way the representatives respond to the upset reviews about the policies that they have no interest in servicing customers and it is a reflection of their overall business model. This unethical “clearly outlined” behavior is a warning for you to skip this store, and will eventually be the downfall of SelfieLeslie as other boutiques will rightfully so take their customers.
****Update: Wow. I am baffled. SelfieLeslie flagged my review and I had to demonstrate proof that I was a real customer. I know that they certainly do not do this with every review, especially positive reviews because they have no interest in verifying those. What, just because I disagree with your company’s unethical behaviors I am not a real customer? My review was challenged because this company realized their unethical practices were exposed and felt threatened that people reading reviews would realize these points I am making. This certainly goes to prove SelfieLeslie only wants reviews that praise them, but pay the most attention to the negative reviews. Notice how no review with 5 stars has a thank you or acknowledgement? Only the negative reviews are addressed, but not in a customer service fashion. All they care about is money and not client relationships. Still laughable that my review was flagged by SelfieLeslie for calling them out on their actions, despite all other negative reviews having similar complaints. You already know they go after the ones the hardest that say the most truth.

I ordered a dress (100249357) I tried on the dress as soon as it arrived at my house and wore super well, perfect. But when I washed for the first time, the dress has completely shrunk, it looks like a child's dress! I would like to get my money back and be compensated for my loss. It is possible to notice from this experience, the poor quality of the fabric used to produce the pieces, I am extremely dissatisfied with this brand.

Shipping was so incredibly fast

Shipping was so incredibly fast! Dress is super cute! I do usually wear a small in things but I ordered a medium based off of the reviews and it fit me great !

grad dress success!

I ordered a dress for my graduation ceremony and was a little skeptical on whether or not it would show up on time or at all due to the fact I’d never heard of selfie Leslie, but it showed up within like 3 days and was exactly what I had hoped it would be. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, they were awesome with updates on tracking too!!

Super satisfied

Not only did I get my dress fast and in time
For my bday but it exceeded any expectation I have ever had on a dress I order online!! Super gorgeous and comfortable and I even got compliments at restaurant as I walked in ????????

Petite friendly (I'm 5ft!) Beautiful clothing

I love the clothing! I'm only 5ft (109pounds), so VERY petite. I bought several dresses and rompers and found that each fit beautifully. It was very cute and a hint of sexy, showing off my legs and chest. Usually, clothing looks a bit odd on me due to my petite frame and doesn't show off my body in a flattering way, but Selfie Leslie has amazing clothing that shows off my body in such a flattering way! I was actually pleasantly surprised! You have a repeat customer!!! Will be placing another order very soon. :)

The quality is cheap

The quality is cheap. I was so excited to receive my order but was completely disappointed with the material. It reminded me of SheIn. The material was extremely harsh and wrinkly. It is not worth the money.

I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience with Selfie Leslie. The outfits I purchased were beautiful, fit well, and were made with great quality. Shipping arrived right on schedule. 10/10 will shop again and recommend to friends

Great customer service! Recently had issue with my order being delivered to the wrong address or being lost by post office and Selfie Leslie took care of me by replacing my order.

Cute but not made by Selfie Leslie

Ordered two dresses and overall happy with the look of them and they fit my style perfectly.
I want to love this company so bad! However, one of the two (Maddox Long Sleeve Layered Ruffle Hem Dress) is not actually made by Selfie Leslie and has another brand on the tag, which was not disclosed on the website. This dress also felt less well made than the Bianca Fluted Hem Tie-Back Dress where the tag does say Selfie Leslie.
Given that I did not get what I paid for, I think the items are a little overpriced despite using a discount code.
Other than that, the sizes are true to size (I am 5'3, 120-125 ibs, 26 waist, and small fits perfectly)
